Tournesol Rosé is made from 100% single-vineyard sourced Grenache. It is cultivated and harvested specifically for our Rosé, picked at lower brix and vinified using a whole cluster, direct press style. This yields a rosé of unmatched elegance and grace with aroma and subtle complexity. The Provisor Vineyard is a storybook organically farmed 3–acre estate just outside the town of Healdsburg in the famed Lytton Springs District in Sonoma County. The Tablas Creek Clone D Grenache on 110 R rootstock is planted in north-south rows that run down a gently sloping hillside. The Grenache is well–suited to the prized red gravely clay loam soils and the classic warm days and cool nights of Dry Creek, which result in bright, fresh fruit that achieves ripeness while preserving acid and tannin for a spectacular and sophisticated rosé.
